Hatch/Door Rams - Double Acting
This range of cylinders made specifically for hydraulically opening and closing hatches and doors on yachts. As you will realise each customers requirements will vary so much that it is necessary for these rams to be made to each customers specific requirements. Using our considerable experience in the field of stay tensioners over the past 25 years, we can offer you any feasible combination of cylinders you may require. These units can be either double or single acting or hydraulic with a gas return. They can not only open or close doors but can also activate pins to lock doors.
They can be made from marine grade aluminium and have stainless steel rods and clevis pins, or entirely from stainless steel.All the aluminium parts are anodised for decoration, corrosion resistance and maximum wear resistance in the bore. The aluminium parts can painted with marine grade polyurethane finish, powder coated, or hard anodised if required.
The maximum working pressures of these rams is 100 bar oil pressure
